Dorinda Cotton Burnett, CRB, CRS, ABR, SRES Dorinda began her real estate career in 1979 and became a full-time agent in 1981 after leaving the corporate sector. She was recognized in 2003 for twenty consecutive years in the Board of Realtors® Million Dollar Club for production. Believing in her obligation to the betterment of her profession, she founded the Appalachian Chapter of the Women's Council of Realtors® and is past President. She has also served on the Northeast Georgia Board of Realtors® Board of Directors as Georgia Association of Realtors Director as well as Secretary/Treasurer, Gilmer County Director, and RPAC Chairperson. She served as the Broker for RE/MAX of Ellijay for two years until she returned to her first love of simply being the best Realtor® she could be. Working mainly on a referral basis of past clients and other agents, Dorinda feels a strong sense of commitment to those whom she has had the pleasure to represent in the sale or purchase of property.
